Want a great technique for deploying inquiry & contact forms on business websites (any website really, but this works especially well for lead-gen on business sites)?

In this Oxygen builder tutorial, I'm going to show you how to build a great looking, high-conversion lightbox/modal form from scratch and how to trigger it with any button or link.

The reason I like to deploy inquiry forms in modal windows like this is three-fold:

  1. It focuses the person's attention on taking the action because it darkens the rest of the page and puts the form front and center.
  2. It doesn't require the person to leave the page to convert.
  3. It passes the URL of the page the form was submitted on for very clear and simple conversion tracking.

I'm using WSForm because it's my go-to WordPress form plugin (extremely powerful), but you can use whatever form plugin you prefer.

Other than the form plugin, this is a Vanilla Oxygen tutorial – no other plugins are needed as we'll be using Oxygen's native modal element.
